Requirements
1. Maintain and update books of accounts using accounting software
2. Record day‐to‐day financial transactions and ensure all accounts are up to date.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
4. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices and bills are processed on time.
5. Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
6. Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
7. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, especially GST and TDS.
8. Should have knowledge about MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and MS Word for reporting and documentation.
9. Prepare GST reconciliation statements and resolve any discrepancies between GSTR‐ 2A and internal data.
Qualification:
1. Bachelorʹs degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2. 1‐3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general tax compliance.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills
