Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our accounts team in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, assisting with payroll, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and receipts.

• Process payments, invoices, and expenses in a timely manner.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.

• Prepare and process journal entries in accounting software.

• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Assist with payroll processing and tax calculations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for payments and reconciliations.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Assist in audits by providing necessary financial data and documents.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel

• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Candidate must speak Kannada

• Freshers preferred
