Job Description

Need Accounts Executive For Chembur Location Key Responsibilities: Invoice Processing: Process invoices in SAP, ensuring accurate entry for both Purchase Order (PO) and Non-Purchase Order (Non-PO) invoices. Review GST, RCM, and TDS calculations, confirming their proper application in accordance with regulations. Approval Management: Route invoices for appropriate internal approvals to facilitate timely processing.Verify all supporting documentation for accuracy and relevance prior to invoice processing.Communication & Coordination:Serve as a liaison between clients and transporters to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.Draft and send emails to clients and transporters for confirmations, payment details, and approvals as needed.Documentation:Maintain an organized inward file on a daily basis, ensuring all documentation is readily available and easily accessible.Keep detailed records of communication with clients and transporters to ensure transparency and traceability.
