Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments based on the latest industry practices.
Guide students in practical applications of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel.
Evaluate student progress through exams, projects, and presentations.
Provide mentorship and career guidance to students pursuing accounting careers.
Stay updated with new accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial trends.
Conduct workshops, seminars, or industry collaborations to enhance practical learning.
Assist in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
Master’s degree (M.Com, MBA in Finance, or equivalent); Ph.D. or CA/CPA preferred.
2+ years of teaching experience in accounting or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS), Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Prior experience in corporate accounting, auditing, or financial consulting.
Research publications or industry certifications (CA, CMA, CFA, CPA).
Ability to teach online and offline using modern e-learning tools.
