Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Ø Bank statement uploading and Bank Reconciliation
Ø Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts
Ø Maintaining accounting records
Ø Sorting the purchase bills and checking of uploading the bills in SAP
Ø Accounts recompilation of purchase and sales customer as per requirement
Ø Sales customer account ledger share with customer as per requirement
Ø Unsecured loan Interest calculation at the month end
Ø Payment received details send to all marketing HOD and Management
Ø Balance conformation send to management.
Ø Daily payment collection report in INR and in % send to management
Ø Making and uploading in SAP all rent invoice Po. Factory, Office
Ø Electricity provision make in SAP
Ø Electricity bill booked in SAP
Ø All office purchase items entry make in SAP
Ø Making salary and other legal statics payment every month
Ø Making contractor payment every month
Ø Advance payment to employees and to contractors as per their requirements
Ø Making loan to employee as per factory instruction
