Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Entry: Record and verify all purchase transactions in the accounting system.
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Ledger Entry: Update and reconcile ledgers to ensure accuracy in financial data.
Debit & Credit Notes: Process and manage debit and credit notes efficiently.
ERP Management: Work with ERP systems for seamless accounting and financial management.
GST Compliance: Handle GST calculations, filings, and reconciliations.
TDS Compliance: Ensure accurate TDS deductions and timely deposits as per statutory guidelines.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Reconciliation: Conduct bank and vendor reconciliations to maintain accuracy in accounts.
