Job Description

Job Title: CRM and Accounts Executive Responsibility Distribution:- 70% Post-Sales Activities- 30% Accounts Work Post-Sales Activities:- Handle complete post-sales activities- Conduct welcome calls for new customers- Manage customer feedback and complaints- Send follow-up reminder calls/emails- Final collection closure reporting Accounts and Finance:- Coordinate with sales team and developer sourcing manager to raise invoices- Maintain financial records: - Enter sales and expenses accurately in Zoho Books/internal finance portal- Invoice management: - Create and issue sales invoices promptly and accurately- MIS reporting: - Collect sales, expenses, and financial data - Prepare MIS reports and submit to Chartered Accountant by 5th day of each month for GST filing- GST filing support: - Track deadlines - Assist with preparing data for monthly filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)- TDS sheet preparation: - Prepare and maintain accurate TDS sheets - Support timely filing and compliance
