Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations, including bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable

Enter and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments

•

Support in preparing financial reports and maintaining financial records

•

Help with monthly closings and bank reconciliations

•

Organize and maintain accounting documents and records

•

Assist with audits and compliance checks

•

Support team in other finance-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

•

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field

•

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices

•

Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus

•

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

Good organizational and time management skills
