Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: upto 25k a month
Working Days & Time: 6 Days | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. This role demands strong analytical skills, familiarity with compliance standards, and a proactive approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Maintain General Ledger entries and records

• Prepare and analyze financial reports

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing

• Ensure statutory compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Support internal and external audits

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities

• Conduct financial analysis for internal review

• Handle other day-to-day accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Background in FMCG industry is preferred (not mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

• Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software (preferred)

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
