Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, developing new business, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and service. Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain daily journal entries in compliance with accounting standards.Handle purchase and sales entries accurately in Miracle software.Manage GST filings, including preparation and reconciliation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.Ensure TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and quarterly return filing as per statutory norms.Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies regularly.Assist in monthly/quarterly closing of accounts.Support audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.Maintain accurate records of invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for financial clarity and document verification.
