Accounts Executive

Responsibilities
Proficiency to handle export/import related without any supervision
Strong knowledge of Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
Proficiency in Bank Reconciliation
Knowledge of Payroll along with ESIC and EPF less supervision
Strong Knowledge of Sale, Purchase, Journal, Contra, Payment, Receipt and book keeping etc
Responsible for monthly, quarterly TDS payments and returns Handling
Strong Knowledge of Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Knowledge of GST - monthly, quarterly and annual returns
Ability to handle all banking related responsibility
Proficiency in managing book keeping
Ability to manage Cash flow budget
Ability to handle Annual audit, MIS reports etc
Ability to handle all types of payment (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, ACH, Cheque and TT)


Skills Required
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation, transfer pricing, handling audits (statutory & tax), TDS and matter related to the finance and accounts.
Ability of team handling and to manage their expectations.
Excellent communications & presentation skills
Proficiency in Tally
Multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities
Team Work Management skills
Believe in discipline, honesty and team work
