Accounts Executive

Position Summary:

As an Accounts Executive at Trijit Technologies, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining financial statements, handling petty cash, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS filing requirements. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a solid understanding of Tally and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Financial Management:

2.      Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial statements.

3.      Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records.

4.      Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring timely billing and collections.

Compliance and Filing:

•      Perform GST and TDS filing accurately and in a timely manner.

•      Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Software Proficiency:

•      Utilize Tally for accounting and financial management tasks.

Communication:

•      Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.

•      Liaise with internal departments and external clients/vendors as necessary.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

•      B.Com, BBA in Finance, M.Com, MBA in Finance, or equivalent degree.

Experience:

•      1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. 

Skills:

•      In-depth understanding and experience with Tally software.

•      Knowledge of GST and TDS filing procedures.

•      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•      Proficiency in maintaining financial statements and handling petty cash.

 •  Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
