  • Create & maintain balance sheet
  • Manage account statements
  • Record daily revenue & other numbers

- Shall be responsible for all import-exports day to day accounts operations ranging day bookkeeping, sales, purchase, SO, PO, bank, stock management, stock general etc.

-preparing documentation on ms excel

-Reconciliations with parties timely

- Audit data completion

- maintaining proper follow up, task sheets & tracking sheets

-Payment reminders & follow up for debtors, creditors & other related parties

-Shall be responsible for Admin-related day-to-day office task.
-Assistance for Human Resource related tasks

-Documentation related to company new projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Knowledge of import-export documentation and related processes

-Knowledge of International Logistics management with shipping lines

-Knowledge of multicurrency / forex management

-Strong command over tally prime accounting & features.

-Strong command over advanced excel and Word & having good communication skills in the mail

-Fluent in English: reading & writing

-Quick learner & open to exploring new things with a strong ability of multitasking

-Strong Logical thinking
