We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with 7-8 years of experience to manage financial accounts, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and client servicing.
Financial Management: Oversee and manage company accounts, financial transactions, and budgets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Bank Reconciliations: Manage bank transactions and reconcile statements to ensure accuracy.
Audit & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and assist in internal and external audits.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in accounting processes for efficiency.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Tally, BUSY Software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client handling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
