Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with 7-8 years of experience to manage financial accounts, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage company accounts, financial transactions, and budgets.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-ups to ensure timely collections.

• Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

• Bank Reconciliations: Manage bank transactions and reconcile statements to ensure accuracy.

• Audit & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and assist in internal and external audits.

• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in accounting processes for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 7-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Tally, BUSY Software.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client handling.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
