Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.

• Handle GST compliance, filing, and reconciliation.

• Calculate salaries, deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and process payroll.

• Ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.

• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management.

• Conduct follow-ups with clients, vendors, and tax authorities for outstanding payments and compliance matters.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.

• Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and payroll processing.

• Experience in salary calculation and compliance management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
