Job Description

  • Create & maintain balance sheet
  • Manage account statements
  • Record daily revenue & other numbers
1. Analyzing financial statements and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Analyze complex financial reports and records
3. Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy
4. Train and mentor junior staff & logistic members
5. Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations
6. Prepare financial reports & weekly reports & daily reports.
7. Prepare invoice reports & observe purchase reports and logistic data.
8. Maintained the general ledger, prepared tax returns, assisted with audit preparations, and performed other accounting duties as assigned.
9. Utilizing financial software and tools to perform complex data analysis & utilization of resources to maintain analyzing reports.

2. Managing Financial Operations:
1. Plan and assign duties to team members & purchase orders.
2. Manage and maintain the financial agreement with the vendor to prepare the PDC.
3. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
4. Develop financial procedures to improve efficiency & Decision making
5. Prepare and summarize all the transaction reports and financial status which includes a balance sheet, profit & loss statement & purchase details & payment follow-up & expense details.
6. Present financial reports to higher management.

7. Stay up to date knowledge of the latest business trends & contracts & agreements.
3. Providing Financial Reporting:
1. Record financial transactions in accounting software, with a focus on precision and completeness.
2. Classify and code financial transactions appropriately.

3. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliation of bank statements, verification of financial documents, verification of invoices, GST Records

4. Prepare and maintain ledgers, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

5. Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.

6. Proficiently use Tally for bookkeeping, accounting, and generating financial reports.
7. Generate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

8. Prepare financial reports for management and sales reports & trading reports for daily basic.
9. Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements & monthly sales reports & dispatch reports & purchase reports.
4. Guiding and Mentoring Team Member
1. Assisting in the training and development of team members, providing guidance on best practices and resolving complex accounting issues.
2. Conducting performance evaluations and offering constructive feedback to improve the team's overall performance.
3. Record financial transactions in accounting software, with a focus on precision and completeness.

5. Supporting Audit and Tax Processes & Procurement Report
1. Collaborating with auditors and assisting with financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
2. Working closely with tax professionals to prepare tax returns and meet tax obligations
3. Monthly Procurement Report.
4. Supporting role for the organization & team handing & team member & field worker.
5. Prepare work to list on every day & closing report.
