Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Tally & Stock Market Knowledge Required)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP.

Handle invoice generation, bank reconciliation, and GST filings.

Monitor and manage cash flow, receivables, and payables.

Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

Track and record stock market transactions and investments.

Prepare reports related to portfolio performance and capital gains.

Coordinate with CA and auditors for financial accuracy.

Key Requirements:
Proficient in Tally ERP (mandatory).

Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Working knowledge of stock market operations (buy/sell, trading platforms, taxation).

Basic understanding of income from capital gains and related compliance.

Familiar with MS Excel for financial reporting.

Preferred Qualification:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounts and/or stock market handling.
