Back Office Staff

Job Summary:

Hum ek dynamic aur detail-oriented Accounts Executive ki talash mein hain jo Tally, MS Excel, GST filing, accounting entries, aur income tax return filing mein mahir ho. Candidate ko accounting software ka achha gyaan aur taxation ke basic concepts ki samajh honi chahiye.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting entries Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime mein karna

• Bank reconciliation statements tayar karna

• GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return) ki filing karna

• Income Tax Returns (ITR) tayar karna aur file karna

• Bills aur invoices ka record maintain karna

• Excel par data analysis aur reports banana

• TDS calculation aur payment karna

• Clients ke liye accounting aur tax related queries ka solution dena

Required Skills:

• Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime ka achha gyaan

• MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)

• GST rules aur filing ka practical anubhav

• Income Tax return filing ka experience

• Accounting principles ki achhi samajh

• Team ke sath kaam karne ki kshamata

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ya accounting mein relevant diploma

• 1-3 saal ka accounting, GST aur taxation ka anubhav
