Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoices, and maintaining strong coordination with site employees. Training on the company’s billing software will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and issue rental invoices based on contract terms.

2. Ensure accuracy in billing, including rental duration, rates, taxes, and additional charges.

3. Follow up with construction site employees and collect log sheets from them.

4. Prepare supporting documents required for invoice generation.

5. Generate invoices using the company’s billing software (training will be provided).

6. Visit construction sites to submit invoices and supporting documents.

7. Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on payments if required.

8. Maintain accurate records of billing and documentation.

9. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.

10. Track outstanding payments and send reminders to clients.

11. Coordinate with clients for timely payment collections and cheque collections.

12. Verify equipment rental periods, additional services, and extra charges before invoicing.

13. Address client queries regarding invoices and payments.

14. Provide support in case of billing disputes or discrepancies.

15. Maintain professional relationships with customers for smooth transactions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or a similar role (freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply).

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

  • Ability to visit construction sites as required.

• Preferred: Experience in construction or rental equipment industry is a plus.
