Job Title: Billing Executive
Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:
We are traders of Iron and Steel, looking for an experienced Billing Executive for our Taloja branch who can independently manage the billing department. Responsibilities include creating sales and purchase invoices, making corresponding entries in Tally, and preparing MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be well-versed with Tally and general accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices

• Enter sales and purchase transactions in Tally

• Maintain and update billing records

• Prepare periodic MIS reports for management

• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and documentation

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in billing and accounting

• Proficiency in Tally ERP

• Strong understanding of invoicing and accounting principles

• Ability to work independently and manage billing operations
