Job Description
- Create & maintain balance sheet
- Manage account statements
- Record daily revenue & other numbers
Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience of minimum 2years in preparing billing/invoice
Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers
Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
Review each invoice before it is sent out by a company
Tracking payments and ensuring that the cash flow into the company
Enter all the invoice information into an accounting database
Responsible for keeping records and managing the company's payables account
MS Office, Tally, Store Keeping, Data
