Billing And TPA Executive

A Billing Executive in a Steel Warehouse is responsible for handling invoicing, managing accounts receivables, ensuring accurate billing, and coordinating with customers and internal teams for smooth financial transactions. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and knowledge of GST/taxation (as applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing & Billing:

   • Generate and verify invoices for steel products and services.

   • Ensure accurate pricing, weight calculations, and GST/tax compliance.

   • Maintain records of sales orders, delivery notes, and payments.

2. Accounts Receivable & Payment Follow-ups:

   • Track pending payments and send reminders to customers.

   • Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and ledger maintenance.

   • Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

   • Maintain accurate records of transactions, receipts, and credit notes.

   • Ensure compliance with taxation policies (GST, TDS, etc.) and company policies.

   • Prepare reports on sales, outstanding dues, and financial performance.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams:

   • Work closely with sales, dispatch, and accounts departments.

   • Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports for management.

   • Support inventory management by cross-checking stock with billing records.
