Record daily revenue & other numbers

• Invoice Preparation: Create and issue accurate invoices for services and products, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Voucher Management: Process and maintain vouchers for all billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• E-way Bill Generation: Prepare and manage e-way bills for shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Payment Tracking: Monitor account receivables and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payments, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of billing transactions, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Reporting: Assist in generating monthly billing reports for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
