We're Hiring: Financial Analyst
📍 Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha,WFO
Experience: 3–5 years | Industry Preferred: Healthcare/Hospitals
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to lead our finance and accounts function. If you're someone with a strong financial acumen, experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and compliance, this is your opportunity to make a real impact at both company and group levels.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee finance & accounts operations and ensure compliance
✅ Lead MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
✅ Finalize accounts at both entity and group levels
✅ Collaborate with statutory auditors and Company Secretary
✅ Ensure timely financial audits and regulatory compliance
✅ Work with financial systems like Zoho Books for streamlined processes
✅ Deliver insightful financial analysis for strategic decisions
🎓 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CA/CMA/PG qualification
✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience
✔ Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar
✔ Strong in compliance, statutory regulations, and financial reporting
✔ Industry experience in hospital/healthcare is a big plus!
💡 Preferred Skills:
• Experience in group-level consolidation
• Knowledge of advanced financial analysis tools
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
