Counter Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Billing Operations:

• Generate accurate invoices based on goods issued or services rendered.

• Verify billing data against warehouse dispatch records.

• Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

• Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies.

Warehouse/User Management:

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward and outward).

• Support inventory control and assist with cycle counts or audits.

• Track user data related to warehouse activities (e.g., operator logs, task tracking).

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure data accuracy in WMS (Warehouse Management System).

  Requirements:

  • Warehouse & Logistic

  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, inventory, or warehouse support roles.

  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS software is a plus.

  • Strong Excel and data management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
