Job Description
- Create & maintain balance sheet
- Manage account statements
- Record daily revenue & other numbers
• Reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts, record management.
• GST, TDS, ITR and all compliance management.
• MIS preparation and Data analysis.
• Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
• Process bank deposits.
• Prepare, send and store invoices.
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
• Submit tax forms timely.
• Identify and address discrepancies.
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Petty Cash Management, Payment Collection, Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Payroll function-Maintain proper attendance records.
• All other accounting work.
• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
• Develop and maintain a filing system, organize documents and reports
