Finance Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to manage teams and systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Prepare, review, and analyze project reports and financial summaries to support project performance tracking and decision-making.

• Evaluate investment proposals, conduct feasibility analysis, and monitor capital expenditure to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Prepare and monitor projected financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.

• Maintain accuracy in books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Prepare, file, and reconcile GST returns, and ensure timely compliance with all statutory tax and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor daily cash positions, manage short-term and long-term fund flow, and ensure optimal liquidity planning.

• Oversee inventory controls, valuation, reconciliation, and reporting to maintain healthy working capital levels.

• Generate accurate and timely MIS reports for management, and strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks.

• Support internal and external audits, ensuring smooth audits and timely closure of audit points.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred

• 1- 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including experience in project finance and capital budgeting

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and statutory compliance

• Experience in cash flow management and inventory tracking
