Job Opening: ERP & CRM Implementation - Fabyaa, a fast-growing startup in brand discount store category, is seeking a driven ERP & CRM Implementation Specialist to lead the setup and optimization of our core business systems. Based in Piplod, Surat, Gujarat], this is a high-impact role for someone eager to shape our operational efficiency. About Fabyaa: A Brand Discount Retail Store of our own fashion brand FABYAA and many more labels across women's wear, menswear, kidswear, footwear, lingerie, cosmetic, perfumes, accessories, home decor and gift items. We are also manufacturer and wholesaler of textile products like Fabrics, Sarees, Lehenga, Kurti, Dress Materials, Salwar Suit Dupatta, Kidswear etc Role: Implement and manage our ERP and CRM systems ERPNext. This includes requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, user training, and ongoing support. Responsibilities: Understand business needs across teams. Configure and customize ERP/CRM. Manage data migration. Test system functionality. Train users and create documentation. Provide go-live and ongoing support. Collaborate with internal and external partners. Qualifications: Experience (ideally 1 year) implementing ERP and/or CRM systems ERPNext. Understanding of core business processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
