Job Description

• Income Booking: Income Booking is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely
recording of all hotel income and revenue transactions.
• Ledger: reconciliation and managing debtors and creditors balances.
• Preparation of various MIS as per Management requirement.
• Assistance in preparation of salary, PF, ESIC balances
• Stock (food item): Accurately record all daily revenue from various hotel
departments, including room revenue, food and beverage sales, parking, and any
other auxiliary services.
• Tally ERP (or Tally Prime) for financial management and accounting tasks.
• GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and compliance
with all applicable GST laws and regulations.
• TDS Return File: Prepare quarterly and annual TDS returns ensuring accuracy and
compliance.
