Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally and Tally Prime and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/Tally Prime.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.

Assist in GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in accounting using Tally and Tally Prime.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation (GST, TDS).

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Knowledge of basic financial analysis.

Experience with inventory and stock management in Tally.
