Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers

• Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements

• Monitor and manage company’s financial status and cash flow

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with tax filings

• Collaborate with auditors during internal or external audits

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience as an accountant or similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory)
