Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant
Experience: 1 Year
Location: Ghaziabad
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records (Tally/Zoho/Busy or any relevant software)

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Assist with TDS computation, payments, and return filing

• Handling bank reconciliations and petty cash records

• Support in statutory and internal audits

• Assist in finalization of accounts under guidance

• Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable

• Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance follow-ups

• Maintained proper filing and documentation of financial records

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax laws (GST, TDS)

• Familiarity with accounting software like Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime / Zoho Books

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
