Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

1. Understand the Sales Coordination with Products & Requirements, and ensure deliverables are implemented.

2. Calling existing and new clients for orders. Communicating about, offers, payments, and other matters with distributors/wholesalers.

3. Sales Coordination, Product Coordination, Dispatches Coordination

4. Work in coordination with new sales to follow up on old clients, track them, and solve their issues.

5. Keep updating Sales Orders received, Projected Sales with contract new client orders received & government vendor orders received.

6. Should be able to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close any given activity.

7. Coordination between various departments.

8. Should be able to Communicate and work with Leadership

9. Collaborates with various new Customers, the Sales team, and the Production Team on updates, delivery, and support.

10. Ensure timely dispatches and update customers from time to time on their orders, product status, dispatch, delivery status, and feedback.

11. Address the issues/Complaints proactively

12. Identify cost optimization opportunities

13. Weekly create a minimum of 1 new client per week, it is not the target but you have to ability to achieve your goal.

14. Prepare work to list on every day & closing report.
