2. Fill up the store opening check list and get the necessary things done as per the schedule.

3. Check all the sub ingredients are ready with made date, time , batch no

4. Ensure the batch production is done as per the requirement only.

5. Ensure the store standards are followed.

6. Ensure the hygiene in the store is maintained consistently.

7. Ensure all the orders are punched accurately.

8. Keep a track on delivery orders & ensure the deliveries are done accurately.

9. Cross check & verify all the reports on daily basis.
