Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Mowa,Raipur

Experience: 8+ years in accounting and finance

Qualification: M Com./MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounting and finance function of the company.

• Manage and supervise the accounts team, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting.

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.

• Implement effective financial controls and cost management practices.

• Prepare reports for management and provide insights for financial decision-making.

• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in accounting software (like Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).

• In-depth knowledge of taxation, auditing, and financial analysis.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Excel and financial modelling.
