Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting software, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records.

Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and file tax returns, GST, and TDS.

Conduct financial analysis and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors.

Manage payroll processing.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and taxation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
