Job Title: Accounts Manager

Salary Bracket: 30,000 - 35,000 / month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial

operations, ensure compliance, and manage reconciliations and audits. The ideal candidate

will be proficient in financial reporting, tax filing, and accounting software, with the ability to

coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Reconciliation & Verification: Ensure accuracy in restaurant sales records and

conduct necessary verification.

2. Accounts Entry: Maintain and oversee all accounting entries systematically.

3. Payment Reconciliation: Handle reconciliation for COCO outlets.

4. Purchase Management: Enter and verify purchases, process payments, and check

prices.

5. Finance Management: Oversee all finance-related activities, ensuring compliance

and efficiency.

6. Expense & Payment Handling: Manage credit card transactions, daily expenses,

petty cash, and utility payments.

7. Vendor & Travel Expenses: Process vendor payments and manage travel and other

expense payments.

8. TDS Management: Compute, pay, and file TDS returns, verify 26AS credit

statements, and ensure compliance.

9. Franchise TDS Verification: Verify TDS reimbursement for franchises, TDS & TCS.

10. GST Compliance: Compute, pay, and file GST returns; reconcile GSTR1, GSTR2B

& GSTR3B.

11. Advance Tax Payment: Manage and process advance tax payments.

12. Audit Activities: Conduct cash audits for restaurants and purchases.

13. Store Audit & Verification: Ensure store audits are completed efficiently.

14. MIS Reporting: Generate and maintain MIS reports for accounting.

15. Statutory Payments: Process PF and ESIC payments.

16. Financial Statements: Prepare P&L statements and cash flow reports for restaurants

and head office.

17. Franchise Coordination: Assist with franchise payments and other accounting

matters.

18. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Sharad Modi and CA Vaibhav Shah.

19. Data Sharing: Share monthly financial data with Roni Sir.

20. Software Management: Maintain backups for Busy Accounting Software and

TDSman software.

21. Royalty Calculation: Compute and share royalty details with franchises, ensuring

smooth payment processing.

22. Salary Processing: Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement.

23. Investor Relations: Assist in fund-raising efforts and investor reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software, TDSman, and other accounting tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
