Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Detail oriented Senior Accountant who have knowledge in Freight invoice calculation / Vendor invoice booking / vendor coordination / Diesel knowledge booking.The Freight Invoice Booking Clerk is responsible for reviewing, validating, and accurately booking freight invoices into the company’s accounting or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role ensures that all freight charges align with contracted rates and shipping documents, and collaborates with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Knowledge of freight terms billing practices, and transportation documentation.
