Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with a strong foundation in legal drafting and case support. The ideal candidate must hold an LLB degree, demonstrate excellent research and documentation skills, and be willing to travel both within and outside Uttar Pradesh as per case or client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and notices under the supervision of senior legal counsel.

• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, briefs, and reports.

• Coordinate with advocates, law firms, and clients for case updates and hearings.

• Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and case strategy documents.

• Maintain legal files, case status reports, and documentation for litigation and non-litigation matters.

• Attend court hearings, client meetings, and legal proceedings as required.

• Travel to various locations (within UP and across India) for case handling, client meetings, or document collection.

  • Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation

  • Strong understanding of Indian laws and procedures

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Legal research and analytical ability

  • Basic knowledge of court procedures and e-filing (preferred)

  • LLB from a recognized university

  • Prior internship or work experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department preferred

  • Fluency in English and Hindi
