• Costing & Freight Accounting

  • Handling costing for shipments, warehousing, transportation, and customs.

  • Managing freight inward/outward charges and reconciling vendor invoices.

• Revenue Recognition for Logistics Services

  • Accurate billing and revenue booking based on completed shipments and delivery milestones.

• Vendor & Client Reconciliation

  • Coordinating with transporters, clearing agents, and clients to reconcile accounts and resolve disputes.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable Management

  • Timely processing of vendor payments and collection from clients.

• GST & E-Way Bill Compliance

  • In-depth understanding of logistics-specific GST implications, reverse charge mechanisms, and managing e-way bills.

• MIS Reporting

  • Creating detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports on margins, operational costs, and client profitability.

• Experience with Logistics Software & Tally ERP/SAP

  • Familiarity with ERP systems integrated with logistics operations (e.g., TMS, WMS, SAP Logistics modules).
