Senior Trainer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Trainer specializing in Finance and Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and training delivery, coupled with exceptional communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver training programs on financial accounting principles, including Tally software utilization and SAP (optional) GST regulations, tax compliance, and other accounting related topics.

• Create engaging and effective training materials, such as presentations, manuals, simulations, and e-learning modules, tailored to various skill levels and learning styles.

• Conduct training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and self-paced online courses.

• Assess training needs through consultation with finance and accounting professionals, department heads, and management.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.

• Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

REQUIREMENTS

• M.com or CA Inter Cleared is preferred

• Excellent knowledge in Tally and Advanced Excel

• Thorough understanding of GST regulations, tax compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards

INTERVIEW PROCESS

• Technical round 1 - Tally and Excel assignment (Test)

• Technical round 2 – Accounts based assignment (Test)

• Final Round – Interview with HOD
