Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

● Resolving a maximum number of queries via phone, remote desk, on-site.
● Engaging with clients to understand their queries and providing effective
solutions.
● Setting work priorities based on the urgency of situations and ensuring the
completion of the entire query resolution cycle.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
● Knowledgeable about Tally software.
● Possesses excellent communication skills and is a good listener.
● Clear spoken and customer-centric approach.
