Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are aligned with project needs.
Organize and monitor the storage of materials, ensuring safe and secure handling.
Perform regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and prevent material shortages.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Ensure materials are delivered promptly to construction sites as per project timelines.
Handle returns and damaged goods efficiently, ensuring proper documentation.
Work closely with project managers to anticipate and fulfill material requirements.
Implement and adhere to safety and environmental regulations within the store.
Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports to management on a regular basis.
