Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect (Civil) with 1 to 10 years of expertise in architectural design, project planning, and execution within the real estate/construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and master plans for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural plans.
• Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliver functional and aesthetic solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior architects, ensuring quality and efficiency in design output.
• Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and sustainability practices in architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a reputed institution.
• 10-12 years of experience in architectural design and execution in the real estate or construction sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
• Professional license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in designing luxury villas, high-rise buildings, commercial spaces, and townships.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Green Building Standards.
