⦁ Research and analyze the market conditions - luxury housing/architecture/interior design.
⦁ Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting architects, design firms, Furniture Designer and relevant stakeholders.
⦁ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase revenue from the architect segment.
⦁ Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to architects.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
⦁ Understand client needs and work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure we deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
⦁ Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.
⦁ To prepare, monitor and execute the BD strategy, To source the business from clients like Governments / Corporates/Hotels/Builders/Developers/Large Industrial houses/ Furniture desing.
⦁ To be able to study tenders and strategize accordingly to bid and pitch for projects.
⦁ Contribute to creating business development opportunities in the region via building the network of business relations.
⦁ To be able for cold calling to HNI's and make a follow-up's. should be understand the client need on call and shedule the meetings, preapre the presentations before going to clinte, self groomed and bold.
