Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

Key Responsibilities
● Create detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects
● Develop construction documentation and technical specifications
● Prepare presentation drawings and 3D visualizations
● Coordinate with architects and project leads on design implementation
● Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
● Participate in site visits and measurements
● Assist in material selection and documentation
Technical Skills Required
● Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and documentation
● Strong working knowledge of Google SketchUp for 3D modeling
● Experience with ArchiCAD for BIM implementation
● Ability to work across multiple software platforms efficiently
● Understanding of construction documentation standards
