Key Responsibility

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for raw materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing.

Sourcing & Negotiation: Obtain competitive quotations, negotiate prices, and establish cost-effective procurement agreements.

Purchase Planning: Collaborate with the production and design teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Order Processing: Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining accurate records.

Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and alternative materials that can enhance efficiency and reduce costs.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in kitchen equipment, manufacturing, or related industries.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Knowledge of sourcing raw materials, stainless steel, refrigeration components, and other kitchen equipment materials is a plus.

Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
