Role Overview:
Livnest Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented and creative Female Interior Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically appealing interiors for our real estate projects. This role is based in Thane and offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Conceptualization:
Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Plan layouts, select color schemes, and design furniture arrangements in line with client requirements.

Client Interaction:
Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle needs, and budgets.
Present design ideas and secure client approvals for execution.

Project Coordination:
Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and material specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans.
Material Selection and Procurement:

Recommend materials, furnishings, and accessories that fit the design vision.
Source and procure items while managing cost and quality.

Budget and Timeline Management:
Develop and adhere to budgets for design projects.
Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
Compliance and Standards:

Maintain compliance with safety standards and building regulations in all designs.


Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design (experience in real estate projects is a plus).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Creative Vision: A keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to design.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
