Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present interior design concepts and layouts.
Prepare detailed 2D & 3D designs using SketchUp.
Assist in creating mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on approved designs.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of work.
Support project documentation including proposals, client reports, and material specifications using Microsoft Word.
Conduct site visits and surveys as required for design execution.
Ensure design output aligns with client requirements, timelines, and budget.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on interior design experience.
Proficiency in SketchUp and MS Word.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and estimation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle project deadlines efficiently.
